Donations/support for the 2007 Chula Vista Youth Football & Cheer.
Chula Vista Youth Football & Cheer was founded in 1959 and obtained a 501 (c) (3) status as a non-profit organization. Since that time the league has worked with over 500 boys and girls each year. This will help to develop our youngsters into successful, productive members of our community.
In an era where unfortunately there are so many negative influences such as drugs, violence and gangs, we must do everything we can to ensure our youngsters have positive options available to them all year long.
Traditionally each year we interact with other San Diego Youth Football leagues where along with playing the sport we associate with their players. This assists in teaching our youths how to handle new environments, situations, and to develop good sportsmanship.
Due to the high cost of maintaining an effective program, we are seeking support/donations from you to help defer the cost of field maintenance, safe playing equipment, referees fees, and San Diego County Youth Football & Cheer, conference assessment fees.
Our league is planning to have various fund-raisers for 2006, such as raffles, snack bar, t-shirt and hat sales. We would greatly appreciate any donations/support you can give enabling us to raise funds for this coming season.

We will of course accept any monetary amount or goods you choose to donate. As our League Sponsor, we will advertise your support at every opportunity, including our website, programs and special events. We will send a schedule of our games so hopefully you can come out and see what we are all about. All of our home games are played at Castle Park High School.
