Registration Infomation

2007 Player and Cheer Registrations are closed. Check back for 2008 registration information.

Player Registation fees:

Tackle $225 - includes Jersey to keep
Flag $125 - includes Jersey to keep
Cheer $115 - Uniform approximent $160 complete for new cheer, there is an returner package which is about half

Requirements for signup…
The following information is required for your child’s registration to be complete.

  1. Physical (not needed to signup)
  2. 2 copies of Birth Certificate
  3. 1 1 x 1 photo
  4. Proof of residence (Utility bill or equivalent)
  5. $225 Tackle
  6. $125 Flag
  7. $115 Cheer (uniform not included)
  8. Registration fee due at time of registration.  Please make checks payable to CVYF (Chula Vista Youth Football)
  9. Parent or Guardian must be present.

Note: All NEW Players/Cheer to CVYF, MUST bring original birth certificate and proof of address.
